Resource Tasks
STAEDEAN’s Resource Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central enables you to create Resource Tasks as a common entity among Projects, Services, Assembly, Manufacturing, as well as Absence and assign resources and resource groups to these tasks. This will help you create a detailed overview of your resource(s) as well as resource group availability.
Time Registration
Resource Management helps you simplify Business Central’s time registration process, as the time sheet line type is set by the resource task. When a time sheet is created for a resource and tasks are assigned for the same period, these get automatically inserted in the time sheet. Resources can also select other resource tasks if needed, such as meetings, clean-up, doctor’s visit, etc.
Time Sheet Approval
Time approval request entries are created when a timecard is registered—the approver can approve, reject, or delegate the timecard lines. In the Resource Setup within Resource Management, they can either select Post Time Sheet Line on Approval to speed up the process or have the Time Posting Worksheet handled by the back-office team.
